We in this field would call it service with a smile and she went above that, the communication with a client is critical while being the face of the company and she defiantly hit the nail on the head with how she handles business. "BEWARE! Fraudulent activity at this office. They gave us all kinds of excuses as to why they cannot refund us after overcharging us. They listed our 17 year old on our most expensive vehicles even though when asked we told them no we didn’t want her on them. They were charging us just shy of $500 per month on a 2020 Buick Enclave with the primary driver being 53 years old. This was without PIP coverage too."

"Price gouging I’m filing a formal complaint with the state for price gouging. When your employee told me it was the highest quotes she’s ever done an I’ve never had a claim. It’s time to file a criminal complaint. Mark my words I’m going criminal an civil. Don’t even dare to respond. Y’all earned everything you have coming your way. "William Eckel, Yes, I thought everyone should know your name instead of hiding behind the name of a business. I appreciate that you got a quote to insure your home from my office. Unfortunately, your quote was not competitive, and I am sorry. My office has zero ability to set rates. Your risk profile and how questions are answered on the application determines your rate. Offering you a high rate is neither civil nor criminal offence. We are lucky to live in a free country and this allows you the simple ability to move on to a different insurer that may offer you a better rate. Most civil people do not go online and try and ruin a small local business's ratings because their quote was high. On top of this you did not even have the character to use your name or have a conversation with me. Sean Clarke "

"Went in with a Problem , wanted to talk to a Agent to about how munch my Insurance went up with no Accidents or Tickets an said the increase we got on S.S. that hasn't made it in our Acct. As of yet, an would have took Hafe of the increase anyway , I told them what was the deal an we would have to figure out some way to save me on the cost or I had to look some where else , so She Did an I even ask about Pet Insurance too . They made me Feel Welcome there as well as Great Service too."

"Everyone that works there is super friendly but, they keep charging me more than what my insurance is supposed to be. Every month they say next month it will be this price and next month it's over $100 more than what they said it was going to be. Lies lies and more lies. My advise is go through someone else. I will be shopping around and leaving this horrible lying company This simple fact is we keep getting told our insurance will be the right amount the next month. And it NEVER is. I have never heard of anyone that their insurance bill changes every single month. I have not had 2 bills the same since being with your company"

"If I could give negative stars I would at the moment. Calling has not resolved so maybe this will. We purchased insurance signed up with Renee. First policy was on a chevy Trax we thought we were buying wife decided on the lot equinox was better fit. Great news they assured us they canceled the Trax policy and got us a new one on the equinox but we would have to pay again yo start the new policy and they would refund us. Now no refund ever applied oh and canceled insurance no due to non payment because we thought the credits were applied so we were always a month behind that no one ever informed us of so now they say we might get it fixed today even having emails saying credits were applied."
